Tim Feland, PRCA Calf Roper

PRCA cowboy Tim Feland, former, 2006 Old Timers tie-down roping World Champion, has been riding our stirrups since about 1989. Tim thinks he’s quicker on his dismounts because of the torsion-pressure feature of our stirrups. It stabilizes the stirrup better, so it’s easier for him to clear the stirrups on the dismount. Tim has lost a good friend to a dragging before, so he also knows the importance of riding with breakaway stirrups.

Ken McNabb

is a professional horse trainer and clinician from Clark WY. Ken has been using our stirrups for the past few years and really likes riding in our stirrups, especially on colts. But he also uses them on all of his guest saddles at home. Ken travels the country doing clinics, and his instructional videos can be seen on RFD-TV. Ken’s program is based on the Lyons method and offers a unique environment where the horse is trained using the best methods, and the rider is coached to bring their personal best into the arena. Ken’s faith in Christ, along with his commitment to strong family values and patriotism, help make him the kind of speaker/trainer people enjoy learning from. Traci Morris
IPRA Breakaway Roping Champion

5 Time SRA All Around Champion, IPRA Breakaway Roping Champion Traci Morris says
“Had I only known about these stirrups before my barrel racing accident. My horse fell at the first barrel. My left foot, in the stirrup came over his right side in front of my saddle and hung me to the horse. He drug me underneath him as he was running toward the alleyway. They tried to shut the arena gate, but he beat them through it. My head struck the steel gate, jerking my foot out of my boot freeing me from the horse. The injuries I sustained were devastating; two skull fractures, three facial fractures, first digit of middle finger amputated, dislocated right elbow and multiple bruising. People tell me I’m lucky to be alive, I say I’m blessed. I’m an experienced rider and this was a freak accident that nearly killed me, so now I only ride with my safety stirrups.”
